Yahoo! SatMetrix complaint-bot

I met the SatMetrix robot this morning. This robot serves to feed the larger matrix with information about how successful the other robot was in frustrating me. The bigger the level of frustration the happier they are. Mr SatMetrix wanted to know how happy I was with their support services.

I gave them some nice low reviews at the level of zero because their support has been atrocious. It isn't a good idea to survey people who never talked to a human being about their experience if they still haven't had their problem solved. This was my reply.

"Have a method to contact a real person when the case can't be resolved in a trivial manner. I didn't have a privacy issue but I couldn't find the form to enter my issue within the context where I was having the issue. Yahoo! puts too much of the work to report a problem onto the user and when the user does the work to respond Yahoo! still doesn't have the courtesy to involve people. Because of this when a customer reports a bug it likely won't get fixed and lots of other customers could have this bug and also be unable to report it and help Yahoo! to resolve it. "

The saga continues as I listen to MSNRadio instead of Yahoo!Launch. I would pay MSNRadio but it doesn't seem as cool in terms of features so I just use the free version.
