Launch.com ad cancelling headphones

I really do like the Launch radio tool but their strategy to annoy me continues to work beyond belief. Now while I was listening to them they posted this message above as I tried to skip some terrible Green Day song. Keep in mind - they keep offering to remove annoying messages that play every five minutes for Bose noise cancelling headphones. Unfortunately for the Bose corporation the frequency of their ads have led me to want to buy a "Bose noise cancelling headphone advertisement" cancelling headphone system. The one redeeming thing about this advertisement is that they are offering to knock off 50 cents per month if I can just figure out the mission impossible task of paying them their $2.50 per month. Note to all people marketing cool things on the Internet. Make sure the PAY ME NOW button allows the person to pay you. So I am back to listening to my MP3 collection and wondering how it all went wrong with Launch.
I do have emails into Yahoo! customer support that are still being processed. Here was a good exchange with a support robot who redirected my email. I suppose I have the Kana corporation in New Hampshire to blame for such technologies.

I can't find a form anywhere on the
Yahoo! web site to let you know that I
can't get my credit card to process in
the Wallet tool and can't pay for
anything on Yahoo! because of it. I
would enter my info somewhere else but
this is the only form I could find that
might get to someone at Yahoo. The
problem I am having is that I submit
the form to enter my credit card
information and it refreshes when I
click continue but it never continues
the transaction.
"BTW: In the future it would be helpful "
to have feedback buttons on your credit
card transactions.
I figure this might be a problem for
other people so I am reporting it. I
use IE6.208
